Online Returns

Items purchased online can be returned in the following ways:
In-store return at any of our physical store locations
By mail, after contacting our customer service team in advance (please note that shipping fees are non-refundable)

Multiple Shipments

Some online orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability. In such cases, a return can only be initiated once all items from the order have been delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
